Patient Appointment Process

Special Case Instructions

Please review the consultation guidelines to enhance your visit. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our medical team.

All patients will be processed by healthcare staff according to hospital triage guidelines. As our centre does not have a resident police officer and does not provide psychiatric wards, we can only offer basic emergency treatment in the following situations. Patients are advised to go to the Accident & Emergency Department of a public hospital under the Hospital Authority:

  • Traffic accidents requiring police involvement
  • Involvement in criminal cases needing police follow-up
  • Suicidal intent
  • Patients with mental health issues (e.g., those with violent tendencies)
Consultation Process

We have streamlined the process to ensure a smooth consultation experience, aiming to provide timely and efficient access to comprehensive medical services for all patients.

Service Commitment

We have established service targets to ensure that patients with urgent medical needs receive treatment within a reasonable timeframe.
