What is Depression?

Depression is a common mental health disorder characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, loss of interest, fatigue, helplessness, and other emotional or physical symptoms.
 

Symptoms:

  • Loss of Interest: Diminished interest in previously enjoyed activities.

  • Sleep Disturbances: Insomnia or excessive sleeping.
