Lead and manage the Corporate Communications Department, ensuring strategic alignment with the hospital's goals and objectives.
Evaluate and report on the performance of team members, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries, coordinate and facilitate media interviews, and prepare materials to enhance the hospital’s public image and communicate key messages effectively.
Plan and execute press conferences for major hospital announcements, coordinating logistics and ensuring key messages are delivered effectively.
Prepare press releases to convey significant hospital news, achievements, and initiatives and distribute them to relevant media outlets to maximize exposure and positive public perception.
Assist Union Hospital Charity Program to plan and organize charity events that align with the hospital’s mission and values.
Manage public relations functions, fostering positive relationships with the community and enhancing the hospital’s reputation.
Oversee the planning and execution of celebratory functions, such as opening ceremonies, anniversary events, and annual galas.
Requirement:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate communication, or a related field.
Bachelor Degree in public relations, communications, or a related field.
Excellent written and communication skills, and ability to communicate with diverse teams effectively.
Self-motivated, detail oriented with strong management skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
