Union Hospital Update: "eHealth" App Now Supports Radiology & Lab Reports

Radiology & Laboratory Reports in Union Hospital
Now Available on "eHealth" App

Supporting smart healthcare, we now enable patients to view their radiology (X-rays, CTs, MRIs) and laboratory reports (blood tests, biochemistry, hematology) anytime via the government's "eHealth" app. This makes tracking your medical history and preparing for future consultations effortless.

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Give "Sharing Consent"

To ensure your reports can be successfully uploaded, please make sure you have given "sharing consent" to Union Hospital upon registration or prior to your examination.

Step 2: Await Report Upload

Under normal circumstances, relevant radiology and laboratory reports will be uploaded within 14 days after they are issued.

Step 3: Receive Notification & View

Once the report is successfully uploaded, you will receive a notification in the "Message Centre" of the eHealth App. Simply log in to the App and tap "Health Records" to view your reports at your convenience.

Important Notes
  • This upload service may not apply to all centres or specific reports (e.g., microbiology culture/sensitivity tests and anatomical pathology reports). Availability is subject to individual centre operations; please consult our staff for details.
  • The features are only applicable to healthcare providers participating in the eHealth system that have obtained your valid authorization (sharing consent).
  • The types of reports uploaded and the timeframe depend on the latest arrangements of the eHealth system.
