"Union Mama" Room Upgrade Offer

Terms and Conditions:

• *Gynaecological surgeries refer to procedures performed in the hospital’s operating theatre, excluding termination of pregnancy.
• Upgraded room (including floor, room number, location, and size) is subject to availability on the day of admission and will be assigned by the hospital.
• This offer is applicable to eligible expectant mothers who have paid the delivery bed reservation deposit at Union Hospital on or after 1 April 2021.
• Clients must inform hospital staff of their intention to participate in the “Union Mama” offer upon admission for arrangement.
• The offer applies to a complimentary upgrade from the Standard Room Delivery Package to the Semi-private Room Delivery Package. Doctor’s fees are to be arranged directly with the attending doctor.
• The complimentary room upgrade is applicable only to the eligible expectant mother for this delivery and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Eligibility for or enjoyment of this offer shall not constitute any basis for claims against Union Hospital.
• Union Hospital reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms and conditions.
