This package is valid until 31 May 2026.
This package is only applicable to patients referred by public hospitals (Hospital Authority) who are not inpatients at Union Hospital.
Advance booking is required. Please specify the use of this offer when making an appointment and present the public hospital referral letter at registration.
This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, packages or promotions, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products. It is non‑transferable and non‑refundable.
The Centre reserves the right to amend the contents of this leaflet (including fee adjustments, terms and conditions) at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the Centre’s decision shall be final.
