Clarification of No Affiliation with Confinement Centres or Postnatal Care Institutions
Union Hospital has become aware that certain confinement centres and/or postnatal care institutions have, through their websites and/or other promotional channels, used the name and/or logo of Union Hospital without authorization, and have represented or implied to the public that Union Hospital is a member of their “partnership ecosystem”, or that there exists some form of cooperation, collaboration, or affiliation with Union Hospital.
Union Hospital hereby clarifies as follows:
Union Hospital has no business relationship, partnership, “partnership ecosystem” relationship, referral arrangement, or any other form of affiliation with any confinement centre or postnatal care institution, their related or associated entities, or any organization or branch operating under the same or a similar name.
Union Hospital has not authorized any confinement centre or postnatal care institution to use its name, logo, or promotional materials, nor to make or imply, whether in written, online, social media, or verbal form, any statement suggesting an association or relationship with Union Hospital. Any such representations are unauthorized and do not accord with Union Hospital’s actual position.
If members of the public have any questions or doubts regarding claims of association with Union Hospital in connection with confinement or postnatal care services, please refer to information published through Union Hospital’s official channels.
Union Hospital reserves all rights arising from the unauthorized use of its name and logo and from statements that do not accord with Union Hospital’s actual position.
