Comprehensive Facilities for Labour and Postnatal Care

Union Hospital’s Obstetrics and Gynecology features an adjoining first-stage room and individual delivery rooms. The layout enables expectant mothers to move to a delivery room without passing through public corridors, making the process smoother and more private. Each delivery room is equipped with maternal and fetal monitoring systems and resuscitation equipment to accommodate different clinical needs. The nursery is also located on the 3rd floor, alongside the Obstetrics Ward, with access limited to healthcare professionals and parents to support the care of newborns.

Maternity rooms provide basic facilities including fully electric hospital beds, Wi-Fi and televisions. The nursery has a breastfeeding room and provides hospital-grade electric breast pumps. Certain facilities and rooming-in arrangements are available only in specified room types or rooms.

‘Union Mama’ Room Upgrade Offer

Eligible clients who have previously undergone specified services at Union Hospital may receive a complimentary upgrade from Standard Room to Semi-private Room when booking delivery at the Hospital, subject to the offer terms and conditions.

Eligible clients must inform hospital staff of their intention to participate in the ‘Union Mama’ offer upon admission so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
