When patients come to Union Hospital or our clinics, they may sometimes wish to share positive feedback about their experience. If you know someone who has done great work and would like to praise them, you can share your story with us via this email, pf@union.org.

For continual quality improvement, we welcome suggestions and comments on our hospital services. You may express your suggestions or comments by the following means:

Your comment is important for our proactive risk management, quality improvement system and future development. Complaints or safety events will be investigated thoroughly by the heads of relevant departments and management. Ongoing support will be offered to the patients, carers and all involved. Open, honest and empathetic discussions are beneficial for all. The contributing factors found in the investigation or analysis will be addressed. The relevant information will be communicated back to the patients, carers and staff. A translator/ mediator/ advocate will be summoned to help when deemed necessary.
