我们设有一个由不同领域人士组成的医学伦理委员会，负责审查各项医学研究，确保参与者的尊严、权利、安全和健康受到尊重和保障。我们所有的研究活动均遵守医院的医学研究标准操作规程（Operating Procedure on Governance of Research）。

一般而言，医学研究人员须于开展研究前获得参与者的书面同意，并向参与者清楚解释研究详情。参与者有权自愿选择是否参与。在参与医学研究时，参与者有责任遵守医学研究内的指引，如有任何创伤或新的病痛出现，应尽快告知研究团队。
仁安医院会每年检讨整个医学研究系统。在2025年，我们未收到任何严重不良事件报告、负面反馈或投诉。
除了内部研究计划，我们与不同学术机构的研究团队，如香港中文大学的团队合作。通过临床实践和科学研究，推动医学进步，提升患者护理水平。
