If client stays in Hong Kong for a short period of time, they are advised to make appointments well in advance.
Test results normally take about one week to complete. If express reports are required, please make your request at the time of making appointment so that alternative arrangement can be made.
Test results are prepared in traditional Chinese and English. Doctors' recommendation can be prepared in simplified Chinese or Japanese on request.
For the protection of client's privacy, authorization letter must be produced for reports to be collected by persons other than the clients themselves.
