Remarks :
1. A credit card imprint is required for account settlement when admitted to suite.
2. Admission room booking will be accommodated on a first-come-first-served basis.
3. If the requested room class is not available, patient will be assigned to alternate room class and the room rate will be charged according to the room admitted. Patient will be put on the waiting list for the requested room class upon request. However,unless it is patient's intent, the Hospital will not assign patient to private room and wait for the requested room class.
4. Hospital charges will be the same for Standard Room & Twin Room; whereas a surcharge of about 50% will be levied on Private Room (including Suite). This rule is not applicable to doctors' fee.
5. Patient please kindly confirm with your own doctor(s) on the doctor fee, including charges for medical consultation service, surgeon service and anaesthetist service. The Hospital will not be responsible for this.
6. If patient requests to change room from non-private to private (including Suite) during his/her stay in hospital, all of his/her hospital charges incurred within 24 hours before the transfer will also be calculated based on the private class without further notice. However, if the transfer from non-private to private was caused by the unavailability of private room upon admission, then all hospital charges incurred before the transfer will remain unchanged.
7. An "Admission Service Fee" of HK$200 will be charged to each patient upon admission. The Admission Service includes the registration procedure, the measuring of body weight, the vital signs observation (BP/P/T), the urine test (sugar / albumin), the assessment and documentation of the results.
8. The Hospital reserves the right to make changes of room/bed for patients as needed.
9. An additional fee will be charged for each change of bed or room requested by patient.
